We are a UK-based business specialising in made-to-order mattresses.
All mattresses sold by Asquith Mattresses are made to order.
Because each mattress is manufactured specifically for the customer:
We do not hold finished stock
Production begins shortly after an order is placed
Orders cannot be amended or cancelled once manufacturing has started
Product images are for illustration purposes only. Minor variations in appearance, stitching, or finish may occur.
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT unless stated otherwise
Prices may change at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected
Payment must be received in full before production begins
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in the event of pricing errors or suspected fraud.
We offer FREE UK mainland delivery
Dispatch typically occurs within 7–10 working days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control
We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, although we will work to resolve any issues promptly.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery access is suitable for a mattress delivery.
Customers must inspect their mattress upon delivery.
Any visible damage or issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

In summary:
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase
Made-to-order mattresses are non-returnable unless faulty
Refunds are only issued in accordance with our policies and statutory rights
All mattresses come with a 5-year structural warranty, covering manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
The warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Comfort preference
Damage caused by misuse or improper support

To maintain your mattress:
Use a suitable, supportive bed base
Rotate your mattress regularly
Follow all care guidance provided
Failure to follow care instructions may affect warranty eligibility.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Asquith Mattresses shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses
Our total liability shall not exceed the price paid for the product
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Asquith Mattresses and may not be used without permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
