We currently deliver to UK mainland addresses only.
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to:
Northern Ireland
Channel Islands
Isle of Man
Scottish Highlands & Islands
BFPO addresses
FREE UK mainland delivery on all orders.
There are no hidden charges.
All mattresses are made to order.
Dispatch typically occurs within 7–10 working days
This allows time for manufacturing, quality checks, and preparation for delivery
Dispatch times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.
Mattresses are delivered via a specialist third-party courier
Delivery is typically made to your front door
Couriers may contact you in advance to arrange delivery
Customers are responsible for ensuring:
Clear access for delivery
That doorways, staircases, and hallways can accommodate the mattress
Please inspect your mattress upon delivery.
If your mattress arrives:
Damaged
With visible defects
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and your order number.
Claims reported after this period may not be accepted.
While we work closely with our courier partners:
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers
We will, however, assist in resolving delivery issues as quickly as possible
If delivery fails due to:
Incorrect address details
Lack of access
Customer unavailability
Additional delivery charges may apply.
Once an order has entered production:
Delivery details cannot be changed
Orders cannot be cancelled
