Clear, fair and transparent warranty coverage to protect your purchase and provide long-term peace of mind.

🛡 60-Night Comfort Guarantee

We want you to feel confident in your choice. Sleep on your mattress at home for 60 nights. If it’s not the right fit for you, we’ll arrange a return. We recommend allowing at least 14 nights for your body to adjust to a new mattress before requesting a return.

Returns under the 60-night guarantee are subject to a collection fee. 

How to Request a Comfort Return

If you wish to use the 60-night comfort guarantee, please contact us at care@asquithmattresses.co.uk within 60 days of delivery. We will guide you through the next steps and arrange collection. The mattress must: 

  • Be in hygienic condition
  • Be free from stains, damage, or misuse
  •  Have been used with a mattress protector

Warranty Coverage

All mattresses supplied by Asquith Mattresses include a 5-year structural warranty against manufacturing defects arising from normal domestic use.

This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that affect the structural integrity and performance of the mattress. It does not cover normal wear and tear, changes in comfort preference, or issues arising from incorrect use or care.

Note: As we expand our range, some specialist models may carry different warranty terms. Any variations will always be shown clearly on the product page.

Body Impressions & Mattress Care

All mattresses will naturally show signs of settlement over time. If you lie in the same spot on your bed, a dip may develop. Rotating, turning or flipping (where applicable) helps distribute wear more evenly.

  • Rotate, turn or flip your mattress regularly (where applicable) to encourage even settlement
  • We recommend changing where you lie from time to time where possible
  • We will not deem a mattress faulty if dips indicate the mattress has not been turned or rotated as advised

Delivery & Inspection

We strongly advise that you inspect your mattress carefully before accepting delivery.

  • Any delivery-related damage must be reported at the time of delivery  so we can investigate with the courier.
  • Images are for display purposes only; colour, stitching and design may vary slightly between mattresses

Delivery is handled by trusted third-party couriers. While occasional delays or part deliveries may occur, we will always work to resolve any delivery issue as quickly as possible.
